    for your Endeavor
    With the Essentials package, you and I will meet three times by phone or in a zoom video conference.  Audio from the video conference call is recorded for your reuse.  During our time together, I will guide you into inquiry around what you most want to shift in your life and in how to create the support you need to achieve your goals. ​ The process begins with a complete evaluation of where you are and where you'd like to be. Homework can be in the form of worksheet exercises, daily energy and/or movement practices and more!
    ** Momentum **
    for your Manifestation
    ​In the Momentum package everything from Essentials is included PLUS a half-day somatic experience with me personalized just for you! In your very own personal retreat you can choose from mantra, breath work, chanting, movement and more. You'll tune into your won divine guidance. These in person experiences are often just what is needed to launch your quest into the fast track.
